Third Interview Questions

  1. What is most important in being a registered nurse?
  2. What educational path is the best to take when wanting to become a RN?
  3. What do you think are the most important qualities a nurse should posse? Why?
  4. How important is it to have a caring attitude toward your patients? Can some patients tell if you’re just treating them for the money?
  5. How do you communicate with patients given their different ethnicities and culture?
  6. Do you use any techniques or lessons you’ve learned from nursing in your everyday life? If so, what kind?
  7. How does nursing affect you as a person?
  8. How do you keep your continuing education current? Do you attend seminars, read journals, etc.?
  9. How do you go about scheduling? Is self-scheduling an option, or does someone else dictate the schedule?
  10. How do you go about managing your busy schedule?
  11. What motivates you to go to work everyday and how does it motivate you?
