In order to becoming a successful Registered Nurse, one would need to be able to effectively know how to manage their time at work with their daily life. RNs that are able to manage their time
helps give them a greater sense of control and the ability to meet the demands that their job may throw at them.
(2) What possible evidence do you have to support this answer?
Evidence = facts, examples
During my second interview, my service learner told me that time management played a key role for a RN. I asked her why and if she used any type of technique to help her manage her time or deal with a certain task. She said being able to manage your time helps lessen stress and allows you to focus more on the job. In order to deal with specific task whether it be on the job or at home she used this problem solving method. This problem solving method was so simple and yet very effective. The steps she told me was to first see what the Problem is, then Plan on how your going to deal with it, you then take Action on it and after you Evaluate the problem and what you've done.
